Bereavement Assistance
PBBC aims to relieve financial hardship when a death in the family occurs, if a PBC shareholder or registered descendant passes away, we ask that you fill out the following form and return it to us for processing. PBBC will cover $2500 of funeral expenses, with payment made directly to the funeral home of the families choosing.
