Higher Education
2-yr, 4-yr, or advanced degree programs; (Full-time or Part-time Enrollment)
Higher education awards are based on academic standing, leadership, and life experiences. Advanced degree programs included. Scholarships are awarded for the academic year.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a PBC shareholder or registered descendant
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, OR part-time student enrolled in at least six credit hours
Cumulative 2.0 grade point average or better
The application deadline for the Spring 2025 semester is December 6, 2024 at 5PM AKST

Career Focused Vocational Education Scholarship
PBBC supports in-depth training for specific career-focused and long-term employment goals, such as professional piloting, maritime, cosmetology licensing, and industry trades. Awards of up to $4500 will be made to qualifying students.

Beneficiaries attending short term training in order to enhance their work or career opportunities are eligible to apply for scholarship with a max award amount of $2,000. Please fill out the attached application and return to BBF.
