Descendant Registration
The PBBC Board of Directors voted to expand benefits to qualifying PBC descendants.
Descendants must register to qualify.
Registering as a descendant does not grant stock or voting rights.
Why Register.
Descendant registration is available to direct lineal descendants (children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc.) of Pedro Bay Corporation shareholders who don’t currently own PBC stock themselves.
Registering allows PBC and its nonprofit, PBBC, to communicate with descendants regarding available opportunities and other items of interest.
All information received by PBC is confidential and only used for these purposes, unless otherwise approved by the applicant.
Getting Started.
Start by reviewing the application and gathering the necessary documentation.
To process your application PBC will need a birth certificate that establishes the descendant’s relationship to the shareholder that is listed.
If name changes are involved, we require documentation that substantiates the name change.
If you provide the names of any additional PBC shareholders, descent will have to be established to those individuals as well.
Additional documentation includes a Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (NOT MANDATORY).
